We only use the freshest locally sourced ingredients, which is a source of pride for us and why customers say they return again and again.
Our beef, pork and lamb are from the neighbouring Croxton Park Organic Farm and our fish is freshly brought in from Billingsgate Market from sustainable stock. When we are not baking our own bread we are supplied by Dovecote Artisan Bakery.
