Our game and poultry is sourced from local farm Franklins of Thorncote. All our fish is freshly bought in from sustainable stock. Beef is from Scotland. Sausages from Croxton Park Estate. Stilton from Cropwell Bishop.
We cook with vegetables from our own gardens at The Hare and Hounds or select the best from local growers.
