All our pasta is freshly made in house.

Freshly baked bread using organic flour from Glebe Farm

Our Game & Poultry are from the local farm Franklins of Thorncote.

The beef is 40 days certificated Scottish beef, Lamb and Pork is
from neighbouring Croxton Park organic farm and our fish is from sustainable stock and often you will find vegetables, herbs and fruits from the Hare & Hounds (sister pub) allotment on your plate.

We have a shown a selection of past dishes that you will find being served at The Eltisley depending on seasonality and availability.

We also have a popular Bar menu with many favourites.

And on sunday we have a coice of The Great Sunday Roast with all the trimmimgs, complimented with some dishes from the bar menu and seasonal favourites.
