Stilton – Cropwell Bishop
The aim of Cropwell Bishop is to produce a cheese that is consistently the finest and most delicious in the world. They pride themselves in producing the best Stilton and Shropshire Blue using modern facilities and labour intensive methods. Stilton like this is creamy and buttery with mouth – watering flavours; the ‘first growth’ of Stilton.
